Q.  We love your work!  How do we make an appointment to see more?
A.  It's best to call us at 856.782.8966.  However, appointments can also be made by email or Facebook.

Q:  How far in advance should I contact you to make an appointment?
A:  Our schedule fills up quickly and because we take great care in customer satisfaction, we suggest booking your appointment at least 1 week in advance.  Plan on spending at least an hour to an hour and a half during your initial consultation.

A:  Certainly we love to meet with the couple and any other decision makers.

Q:  How far in advance should I book your services for my wedding?
A:  The sooner the better!  Since we photograph only one event per day, we want to ensure that we are fully committed to YOUR event.

Q:  Why should we hire you over another photographer?
A.  Experience, expertise, consistency, performance and personality. AND most importantly, getting it all done WITHOUT annoying you or taking you away from your party. The level of talent needed for a high-pressure, no-second-chances wedding is what you will get by hiring Capone Photography. We are able to capture the emotion, excitement and detail of your event in a very unobtrusive and fun-loving way so you can enjoy your day, not stress over it. The results allow you to re-live your wedding day through our award winning, artistic imagery.

Q:  How much are your packages?
A.  We are very much a custom studio, so our clients can build something to their liking. Pricing starts at $2500. A custom collection can be made for as little as $3500, but most couples will make their ideal package in the $4999 to $7500 range. Events on holidays, holiday eves, and special dates may be more. With our total customization process, a collection to fit most budgets is usually possible.

Q:  Do you carry a wide variety of products?
A.  Absolutely! We are a full service studio, offering the finest handcrafted, one-of-a-kind albums, wall art, framing and accessories.

Q:  What about payment?
A.  We require a $500 initial retainer to secure the date and move forward with paperwork. We offer no interest time payments, with payment in full due one month before the event.

Q:  Who will be photographing my wedding?
A.  We are a family of photographers. As owner-operators, you will meet with, discuss your ideas with, and see the work of all three of us. As well, we are the photographic artists that will capture your event.  You will never meet with a "sales rep" or have an "unqualified person" show up the day of your event.

Q:  Are you a full time photographer or do you have "other" jobs?
A.  We are all full-time professional photographers. This is our craft, our avocation, our artwork. You never get anything less than the best for your once-in-a-lifetime event.

Q:  Do you offer the files I can print from?
A.  Yes, licensed digital files are included with some collection levels, but are always available as an option.

Q:  Do you do videography also?
A.  Not in the traditional sense. We offer fusion slide shows, but other than that, we concentrate on being the very best at one thing, and that's still photography.

Q:  Do you have any awards or credentials?
A.  Yes, we do. Not only do we have many white, red and blue ribbons, our work has been featured in at least a dozen publications, on billboards, and on the web. We are accomplished lecturers and instructors, and all subscribe to continuing education, are members of PPA, PPANJ, WPPI, Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Regional School of Professional Photography, and AAA+ rated by the BBB.
